Decreases Variable Casting Time as percent equal to Refine rate of Mikatsuki or Raksasa Dagger.
Every 2 Refine rate of Mikatsuki or Raksasa Dagger Increases Flaming Petals, Freezing Spear and Wind Blade damage by 5%.
